Another #asknostr for the rely framework.

Should a new event that matches multiple subscriptions of the same client be returned multiple times?

For example:

- sub1: kinds [1,2]

- sub2: kinds [2,3]

- the relay receives a new event of kind 2

Should it be returned on the first one, or both?

So u say it's the responsibility of the client to make sure to have orthigola filters?

yes. they may even have use case for it. just follow the exact spec. 🫡

Both. The relay should always respond with everything it has if the connection allows it.
