Went to the organic farmers market this morning and bought myself lots of goodies, including 1L of kefir for $7.

Kefir is really good for your gut health, I think it’s an underrated dairy product
Agreed. Lots of people hate on dairy, but kefir is a great source of probiotics!
Expensive kefir..oh it is $5 just for “organic”.
I don’t know where you live, but this is cheaper than what I used to pay in the US.
Plus, I pay the farmer directly and I know the cows are healthy and grass fed.
Vrai et pourtant les prix ont vachement augmentés en Europe de 30 a 40 % depuis la pandémie. Profitez des bons produits s'il vous plaît . Régalez vous sans vous soucier des conneries de bikini . Je ne souviens pas de la liste des produits alimentaires qu'on peut entrer sur le sol américain . Bonne soirée et profitez ce long week-end 💜🙏
Pas très bon marché mais ça le vaut en termes de produits trop peu industrialisés
