Didn't another report say the artic was growing too, or had cooler temperatures??
So the question is, has human efforts had an effect or is it natural variation ?

A Spanish scientific journalist, in a conference mentioned the rise of the oceans due to the melting of the poles. The journalist asked for the voice and said that all this was false, he showed the evidence before they accused him of being a denialist, and they answered him: “we cannot say this to the general public, because we would give reason to the denialists”.
