It's an essential amino acid and should probably be supplemented due to the reality that glyphosate in the ecosystem disrubs the shikamate pathways.
When I first took l-tyrosin a few years ago I felt immediate results remedying a brain fog I was dealing with and could formulate sentences and focus. I haven't dealt with that for years and don't have l-tyrosin all the time. But it's great for boosting energy and recommended to take in the earlier part of the day. L-tryotophan is something to take in the afternoon and later part of the day. Also an essential amino acid that glyphosate has been a cause for inblances and major disfunction in humans. So supplementing does help with mood, sleep etc.
