it happens sometimes, happened to me on breez once... eventually it returned to the sending wallet balance, about a week later
it's a "stuck payment" i don't really understand how they get stuck for so long but it happened to me

Damn alright, I’m guessing it has something to do with the coordinator I used 🤷🏽♂️ and unfortunately I can’t even see the “active order” on robosats to confirm anything

sorry i forgot to ask, if it's an on-chain payment and it's stuck that means the fee was not high enough for the current fee market
you may be able to bump it with a Child Pays For Parent or RBF
hopefully someone who knows better than me will pop up to help you out
btw, make sure you keep the key associated with that transaction just in case it gets resolved
