There’s really so much content out there you can search it.
But in short, there’s a reason Americans are unhealthy. And it’s not only junk foods. A lot has to do with the portion size.

Yes, you have a point there. Portion sizes are much bigger in America. But that’s because we’re being serve junk food. It’s up to the individual to choose the kind of food they choose to eat. I don’t know if this was an isolated case but I asked for a steak in Portugal and it was so big. I wasn’t able to eat it all lol
