listened to billie eilish on npr’s tiny desk show
(basically today’s mtv unplugged)
i was blow away, the performance was amazing and the songwriting is unexpectedly good
then i searched for the album version of each song and i hate them all
overproduced, borderline annoying
am i just getting old or does music on the radio suck?

when a singer is good on live show, you can be sure she is a real awesome singer.
unfortunately, artists confide too much in producers,and producers are invidious of their own produced songs-singers.
music is still a fiat entertainment, lot of work's still to be done for evolution of this industry.
the music on the radio stations i choose to listen to is great
