Divorce ideally would be illegal in most circumstances. But it's not and children should be protected.

A mother is more important than a father before the age of ten.

Although both are important.

In the case of divorce kids usually go to the woman.

This should change.

Kids should go to the woman until they turn ten.

After ten they should be sent to the man. To teach them how to be an adult.

Weekends can be shared.

If course if either parent is shown to be unable to properly raise a child this could be flipped.

Step dad's are known to rape their step children at a high rate. It is dangerous to leave them at puberty around mom's boyfriends or new husbands.

Many women have told me their steps dads would show off their boner to them when their mothers were gone or asleep .

We also know a woman can't handle a wild boy like a man can.

I don't think deciding in absolutes is the way to go. Each family is uniquely different to the one before and you should not apply the same ruling for every case.

In case of separation, ideally both ex-partners should decide on their own how to rearrange their lifes. If they can't come to an amicable agreement, a neutral 3rd party needs to solve the litigation with that specific case in mind, not followjng a genericalistic rulebook.

The current status qou is that women get custody is something like 90% of the cases.

What you are suggesting is not happening.

We can suggest guidelines. Like my outline and then examine other factors.

If thean is a truck driver and the woman is a nurse who works nearby then yes she should get custody.

Kids can't be left alone.

The local working man is safer for his 11 year old daughter than her step dad.

He should be given the chance to be dad after laying child support for 10 years. Imo.

Man nostr and spelling mistakes is rough. No edit.

Agree, custody should be revised more often
