Everything looks textbook. Cleared cover garment completely, high up to the chest. going in for a solid grip high on the back strap. Trigger finger straight and high so it rests a long slide and not in the guard.

It's a standard - one of the best ways to carry.

Some folks with hip issues find it uncomfortable.

Others prefer appendix carry in front.

Massad is the best.

Not sure how he started on the shirt but I was taught to use thumb of my carry side to initiate and clear space for a draw while support side stays clear until the carry hand side makes a draw.
