A few years ago, I dug a hole, filled it with water, and to my amazement, the next year resulted in 21 thriving cottonwood trees! 🌳

Why do you like cottonwood trees? We have an abundance here, but they are just firewood

Because the grow in our hard clay soil and provide lots of shade for livestock. I like any tree that will grow on my land with little maintenance
