Having money cannot convert a bad person into a good person, but it might reveal your true character. Most people are willing to sacrifice their principles if the price is right. I’m reminded of a movie where a happy couple destroyed their perfect marriage when the wife slept with another man for one million dollars. Truly, poverty with integrity would have been far better for them, and us.
