That's what California and the media on one side are doing, yes. And the other side is trying to sneak in use of new surveillance tech, violating the 4th Amendment in new and perverse ways, while normalizing the idea of a national military presence in local areas.

It's all evil. It's all being used for control and shirking off responsibility and accountability to other people.
