Yes, the only way afaik for ios its using a browser called Orion, that have support for chrome extensions. So you get the browser, install nos2x from the chrome app store and then you can use whatever nostr web client including nostree 🤙

Next level its the native nostr browser that was released yesterday, that would deal with all the nostr interactions in a more intuitive way
