So what are those BRC-20 tokens? Is it just a joke, or is it for real?

And if it is not a joke, do we really need this on #bitcoin?

Many questions come to my mind recently...

Should we be afraid, that it might be a way how to attack BTC by overloading the space? It is computable how much energy/money will cost to rise and hold the traffic from recent days for the whole month for example?

What do you think?

These BRC20 tokens and ordinals, should be on sidechains, not in the mainchain. Mainchain should be mainly for transactions.
