Is it weird that the only social media I use, I interact with people I’ve never met, and most are anon.

Whereas I never use my Facebook. I know all my connections there. In real life. We all have connected together for one time or another. Family/friends/classmates.

Is there something special about the connections with strangers online vs with those I knew/know personally?

I'm the exact same all my friends are on Facebook childhood friends like but I prefer getting to know new people sharing details about myself there's something refreshing about putting yourself out there. Heck I ever shared a photo of me last year I was 2 stone heavier.

I think my inner circle collapsed to my core friends and family which still holds to today. I lost a desire to share with others that I had a personal history with, and haven’t made any new friends in a long time, or reconnected with old ones.
