FDO adds 85m fishing vessel ‘Acila’ to fleet

Muscat – Fisheries Development Oman (FDO) unveiled its latest fishing vessel Acila at Port Sultan Qaboos on Sunday under the patronage of H E Sultan bin Salem al Habsi, Minister of Finance. The vessel will now join the fleet of Oman Pelagic Fish Company, affiliated to FDO. In partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, FDO’s projects aim to promote the sustainable use of marine resources.
