It's a cool chart for sure, but this probably doesn't apply to most. The 2017 mania and 2021 mania attracted a lot of people, so it would be cool to see it starting from the highs of 2017 or 2021. Some people did start buying at the top.
Even if you started DCA at the previous 69k top you would be highly in profit by now.
