Bought a #grounding #earthing pillow case. Seems like it conducts based on the volt meter. Will update how sleep goes.

This has really helped with sleeping. I didn't struggle much before but I fall asleep faster and sleep deeper now. I feel like i sink into the bed further and more comfortably. Feels like laying in freshly washed sheets.
