I get that but, you're not obviously a female and there are some really gross people who think they have every right to be gross to any woman that they come across online. I have no reason to think that at least some of the women are lying about harassment. (not just disagreement) but... I hate the censorship talk because you can mute and move on. I don't know why you'd need anything not then that, though, clients do mess up mute lists, and that's a real, but fixable, issue.

I agree. but as men in the community we can cuss them and send them off at least so ladies dont feel alone.I believe they exist just not in the numbers or intensity purported. I spent 2 years with a female avatar on X. The trolls were far wose when avatar was jewish or black. so I wanna see these nostr harassers myself is all.

That's fascinating.

And yes, that's definitely one way to handle things, except, gosh, I don't really feel responsible to defend other adults here on nostr. I know that makes me out to be a bad guy in some ways, but... You're online, you're an adult, you should know that you're going to deal with gross people/stuff on occasion.

As usual, you and I agree on the ground truths lol. But there are counter statements to my observed facts that disagree to such an extent that I need to understand what gives.
