I will never understand why a diminishing Black population (approx. 42M about 12%) commands so much Attention in America. Who do they really think they are and why do they think they are so deserving?? IMO The rest of America ( 99%) does not discriminate against Blacks. That Narrative and reality left the Country in the 1960's!
