Hi, Tyson! Nowdays you don't need to learn any coding to build a simple, good looking site. Buy domain and hosting (I recmemd Hostinger. The seem to be the cheapest, and I've been with them for years and haven't had any issues). They will usually install Wordpress for you.

WordPress is the most common software that modern sites are built on. Once it's installed you just set it up and start posting kind of like you do on here.

They also have ready-made "themes" to make your site look cool. Lots of free ones, too.

If you want to give your site more functionality, there are plugins you can install on there and use (also lots of free ones).

Domains and hosting are usually very cheap, but if you can't afford cheap, go to wordpress.com and see if they still have free hosting options.
