If you know a single Jewish person who is not evil, then being Jewish does not directly result in someone being evil. That is then objectively false. So, there must be a more complex situation than Jooz Bad.
You could also make the case that if they’re not “evil,” then they’re not actually jewish.

Just as one who does not believe in Christ is not a Christian, a jew who does not believe you are cattle is likely not a true jew.
