The institute plans to gather data from around the world to build an unprecedented picture of the extent and nature of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Are we confident that this is all the data will be used to “build an unprecedented picture of,” or could this be a case of governments and institutions saying they’re going after one thing (e.g., terrorists or, in this case, pedos) and actually using the weapons they create against everyone?

They absolutely could not choose a category of people that would more effectively stun and appall the rest of us into saying, “Please, do whatever you have to do.”
