It could be used nefariously if opaque. But if its transparent and if you could fine tune it then it becomes powerful, an asset. And then maybe you could turn it on and off.

That’s why we need to do this now. If we establish rules of engagement that are ethical and rigorous, then it grows and it becomes very difficult to stop.
