I'm not a coder... How soon or is it even possible to build out NOSTR to be similar to those apps? Especially, Telegram.

Coding is not the problem. Telegram is 100 times better than WhatsApp, but failed to dethrone it. There's no chance a Nostr client can dethrone both. Also, gramas wouldn't know how to handle public/private keys
