Is there another step? When I click the button, this is all I get
Click the button and hit Default to load the default search relays, otherwise results will be messy.

ohhh, interesting. I think the button is only available on the Relay Settings from the left drawer. You can access through there. Then it will disappear.
I will see if I can put the Default button on that popup
