Have my US plebs been using Phoenix wallet? I know they took their app out of the app store. But do they physically stop you from using it like wallet of Satoshi does for US users?

Android apk from GitHub with a vpn would do the trick. It also never got “deleted” from my iPhone (whereas WoS removed me from the TestFlight) so presumably I could still use it on iOS with vpn but I was a bit afraid of getting funds frozen or rejected or something, so I drained the wallet.
