I don't want those modern houses with no life in it. I don't want my children growing up with a screen on their faces. I want a beautiful vintage home, with chickens and cats running in the garden, with children playing outside and coming inside all dirty, a garden that gives me and my family fresh healthy food, flowers in every corner, laughter filling the house. 🏠🌸🐤🙏🏼

So cheap?? Here in my country those houses would be around 600k 😅
In PA USA it is very depressed but if you can buy a house outright it can lower your cost of living.
Where I live now one of those would be half a million at least.
