Oh yes sorry, I should have been more specific. I still consume honey and fruits, I more so meant refined sugars.
I agree with the “light diet” I need to work on this more.
Have you looked into red light therapy? Some studies show some interesting benefits.

Yeah I tried, but really I felt / saw no results. Maybe it’s helping inside and I just don’t know?
I feel the same way because you do not really feel the benefits. The only thing i actually notice is deeper sleep.
