I don't know anything about marine engines, but if you're looking for used items, Mercari is a well-known service in Japan (though like most such services, it seems to have its share of issues). I'm not sure if it's accessible from outside Japan. I'm sorry I couldn't be of much help...

Can’t say I have been looking, but other places in Japan you could try is Rakuten Ichiba, merukari, if you are after second hand. Are you buying in Japan, or want to import to Japan?
