fwiw instagibbs built a mostly functional version of eltoo using APO in a fork of CLN. APO has prototypes but no stack of plebs calling for its activation.

I thought we need changes to #bitcoin to make #eltoo work in #lightning, like SIGHASH_NOINPUT or similar? Also what is APO, Google doesn't help me. I guess it's the answer to my first question 😅
SIGHASH-NOINPUT got renamed to sighash-anyonecanpay or APO for short
An often overlooked aspect of APO is it can do covenants, but just less efficiently than CTV. But CTV can not be used to implement LN Symmetry (aka Eltoo), without an additional soft fork like OP_CAT.
