Yeah, but you can't make enough of it. I think it is more important what quality of water do you drink. Tap and plastic bottled water is not good. I use a professional RO system, but for years I drank distilled water (I'm lazy to do it every day).

I find it in the high quality food I already payed for anyway. Even when I don't consume anything liquid for days I thrive and have zero thirst. And most importantly, I don't have to pee all the time 😉.
