Respectfully- is there a primer for newbies like me for avoided face_book and Twitter and for whom nostr is the first to ask newbie questions like what is the difference between plebs and plebchain? Is there a #newbies?

Much thanks; with apologies - another newbie question- how do I know (with wallet of satoshi) who zapped me, or is that sort of the point that one does not know? (I know you told me here but is that the only / best way and it is otherwise anonymous?).
