I would guess because this was composed to get an emotional response.

I also shed a tear at Somewhere Over The Rainbow. But Taps really is appropriately titled cause it turns on the water works every time.

I can see that, I also wish I could fly 😥😋

What version of somewhere over the rainbow do you like? I like Taco's rendition.
