I think with mints you don’t have control over who has access to the ecash, which is part of the appeal. But I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately and I think everyone who currently custodies will be in charge of their local mint in the future and mints will have to bank thousands of people on average. So… long run, yes, stemstr will have a mint.
