MANUALLY TURN OFF MIC ACCESS. YOU CAN ADD & ACCESS THIS AS A QUICK TOGGLE TO YOUR SLIDE-DOWN CONTROL CENTER THING

I turned off every microphone permission on every app I don't actually need it in. It gives some peace of mind at least.
