Dawn dish soap works wonders for me. Once I finally give up squinting through the smudges, it's like a whole new, bright world after cleaning my glasses.
Dish soap maxi here. Just rub it gently with CLEAN (!) fingers over the glass/plastic and rinse with water.
Extra points for blowing the droplets off the glasses in the end 🌬️
I have almost zero micro-scratches after 3years with this method 👀
