I think there isn't really any/many content-specific relays.
I think at this stage you may be better off following hashtags to find content... Imo

I still don't know why I would follow more than like 4 relays, I don't see the need. Also let's say there was a content specific relay, I would still need to find and follow the npubs posting on it (right?) to get those notes. So if I've found the npubs on the relay, i no longer need the relay 🤔 so I don't need to add it. Whereas if I follow a hashtag I don't even need to find the npubs
