At this moment federal government equally doesn’t give a toss about wellbeing of its citizens.
For the purpose of this discussion they could even be one organisation with fed.
Practically speaking sure. But this means that the government doesn’t represent the people. So the establishment of the fed is my choice because that’s when politicians no longer answered to the public.
