I'm writing a dystopian novel where the authoritarian government has:

- Removed the ability of citizens to transact privately w/ physical money; Panoptic digital $ must be used

- Banned certain industries from accessing the Panoptic banking system

- Banned some uses of state energy & what technologies can plug in based on what the gov decides is "wasteful"

... Naw, too dystopian, it would never fly
