
I'm resting today from all #exercise. My lunch was these shawarmas I made, which are basically a middle eastern protein salad wrapped in flat bread. It's incredibly delicious. 😋
But I'm vegetarian, so instead of meats, it's tofu curds, mushrooms, and beans marinated in coconut milk, ground termeric and cumin, chili, salt, and lime; then grilled before wrapped with lettuce and tomatoes in a paratha, spread with tahini sause: seseme, garlic, and coriander.
