Nostr Web Client

I would love to know how these relays are actually working. I am not a tech guy and I’m “running” these relays, such as filter.nostr.wine, meaning, I added them to my list. Yet I wouldn’t know the difference in running or not running them. Supposedly I can “see” what is being “filtered” or “reading” or “writing.” I wish there was a simple man’s explanation as I am interested in learning. All I see on my end is that they are on my relay list.🙏🏼💜

I get that part. This doesn’t explain how to use filters, etc. I’m running them, but I don’t see what they are doing.

It looks like you’re using it.

you’ve added wss://filter.nostr.wine/npub13wf94nh4qlxdkjef4sa0wn85z55nprj7ql6eathwxd0u8eq3vupq6k87vy?broadcast=true

and you paid for it

so your global should be filtered, you can’t adjust the filters

Yes, and yet I get crap like this in my feed. Must not be filtering anything. A bunch of mumbo jumbo in my feed that I am not following. What is this garbage?
