First, I have found most don't believe they are brainwashed. My strategy has been getting others to recognize how easily it is to brainwash others is first step. Only after accepting "others" fall prey will they recognize their own cognitive dissonance. YMMV. Obviously. Then how to stay alert & use brainwashing on oneself for good 🫂
