Finally read the article. Doesn't this mischaracterize Einstein's assertion? I thought he was asserting that information doesn't travel faster than light, not that quantum entanglement is spooky action at a distance. And the article doesn't explain anything in detail sufficient to fully understand.

Entanglement "like" results, allegedly w/o entangled particles, was actually an observation of non local entanglement. They don't understand it yet.
Non local traceability requires novel neurocomms tech & biocryptographic security.
Their mentioning: "violation of bell inequality," & speed @ 4 standard deviations discovery will lead to understanding that the speed of thought is faster than light.
"Cannot be used to send info faster than light" is incorrect. Their data will lead them to novel insight on this as well. The researchers have not yet been introduced to the original Bird App of actual birds 😁
I'm not sure about all that but hints of what I think are possibilities lie in those words. And yeah I'm perpetually curious!
