It could be that the post came before the block list was loaded on a cold start. If that is the case, a pull to refresh makes the post disappear.
I tried that; I still see pictures from the blocked account.

Still seeing blocked users' content in the media thing. Specifically, from
nostr:npub1curnt7jtq8mhl9fcswnwvuvc9ccm6lvsdv4kzydx75v92kldrvdqh7sq09
which is often NSFW.
No idea where the bug coming from :( I will keep looking
I blocked a certain account *from within the media* stream, did a pull-down refresh, and now it's gone. I assumed the security filter blocked all content everywhere. Formerly I was hitting the profile pic and then blocking groin their profile page.
