Trusting a mint involves, but not limited to the following:
Trusting the liquidity. Trusting the coin swap. Trusting it will be online. Trusting the proofs. Trusting the client wallet will work.
What else am I missing?
*yes, I know Cashu works offline. But you do have to go online at some point to redeem/verify.
