Had such a perfect day today... Got gifted the most amazing alignment, literally creating so much spaciousness in my whole spine, recalibrating my brain and base level of stress. It was such an incredible release perfectly attuned opening spaciousness to all that I'm calling in, to feel, be, do, experience, have.
Saw the ocean and felt the heat of the sun.
Visited OB and I think I really like it. It'd be kinda cool to post up there for a bit maybe.
Went to the most hilariously fun heated playful I wouldn't even call it yoga class, mixed with Thai chi, dance, giggles and breath. Such an awesome way to anchor in the beautiful momentum of the body work. It was a 4pm and the teacher joke about or maybe she was serious that it was "fourplay".
It does kinda feel like a super sweet foreplay to what I could feel is unfolding in my unfurling coming to fruition.
This is the second bodywork I've been gifted by incredible healers in the last 12 days.
Thankful for my guardian spirit team and ascended masters that watch over me and open the doorways and pathways like that. Feeling supported and held in a beautiful way, opening the way forward to more peace, love, prosperity, creative enthusiasm and freedom. 🪽
