They love to codify their messages. 2027 will be the beginning of grand scale huge changes, by 2032 most of the revolution will have already happened.

That's basically what Agenda 2030 and its predecessors is all about. Keeping the control of old guards against evolutionary forces.

The thing is that earth is kinda close to the middle of that uncertainty region. So the more observations accumulate, the more that region size decreases, but while earth is still in it, it gets a higher probability share.

It will probably increase a bit more still before it decreases back to zero.
