Well, the easiest way is to download Wallet of Satoshi.
It'll generate a lightning address for you.
xxx@walletofsatoshi.com and you're ready to receive zaps ⚡ on nostr.
Keep in mind that Wallet of Satoshi is a _custodial_ wallet. You trust WoS not to run away with your sats.
