Anyone know any miners hiring a traveling laborer thats down to learn whatever it takes to get tbe job done?

My BiL's 18 year old brother is interested in working on stranded energt mining. He's got construction certs and the like with good work ethic.

He asked me to hire him and I said he probably doesn't have the skills I'm looking for (softwate etc.). His resposne "yea. I didnt know how to drive a forklift either before I learned."
